Pumpkin Pie.

Jackson has an obsession with Grampy's pumpkin pie. We've been scratching our heads for quite some time now- really unsure how a kid with so many 'specifics' around what he'll eat is so in love with the orange pie. On a recent visit to Grampy's Jackson called ahead with two simple statements "Grampy, fire up the oven! We're coming for dinner and we need pumpkin pie!" As usual, Grampy didn't dissapoint. He made not one- but two pies. One for there and one for Jackson to take home. I think it's those kind actions that launched the Grampy & Jackson sing-a-long about (none other than) pumpkin pie.
